We measure usage by the second, but charge only for full minutes. Free tier requests will be rejected when quota is exceeded. You can monitor your usage in real-time through your account dashboard.

When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to your plan's quota until the end of your current billing period. After the paid month expires, your account will revert to the Free tier with 15 minutes per month.
You can upgrade at any time — the cost of your current package is charged on a pro rata basis. On paid plans you can also simply keep going: usage beyond your quota is billed as overage at your plan rate.
